ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
All of our products are handmade to order using high quality fabrics and hardware. Our aim is to provide stylish high quality products so your pouch always looks on trend.
As bespoke handcrafted creations, every piece is selected, hand cut, treated and crafted by myself on an industrial sewing machine and quality checked at every stage.
Each product is photographed by myself and the greatest care is taken to represent true colours, but we cannot guarantee a 100% true likeness due to different screen resolutions and settings on the device you use to view our website on.
CoCo & Nou are a 100% UK made handcrafted company. You will not see our bespoke collections being mass produced overseas.

CARE
We highly recommend hand washing our products and spot cleaning if necessary. Lay flat to dry.
SAFETY
Our products are hand made and it is up to you to determine the suitability of our products for your pet. To ensure your pets safety we recommend that you regularly check for any signs of wear and tear.

It is the purchasers/owners sole responsibility to ensure correct collar/lead choice for their dog, and understand that we cannot offer any individual guidance for which collar or lead is best purchased for the intended dog.
We test all of our products and would never ship out items we would not use ourselves.
We classify our collars as fashion collars and while they are sturdy and perfect for everyday use, we do not recommend them for overly-aggressive pups.
With that being said, every dog is different and it is your responsibility to know what is right for your dog
